This "deep dive" session explores best practices for documenting incidents in Therap to ensure seamless reporting into the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) system. Learn how to use General Event Reports (GER) to track preventative measures and follow-up actions required by ODP. Review the General Event Reports Resolution module to track reportable incidents and investigations.
